The scene opens with a confused Hiroshi waving his arms in the air. He has been waiting for someone to shake his hand, but no one does so. He realizes that it is Hiroshi who is shaking, and he is so upset that he cries out, "Who is it?" . He then realizes that he has fallen in love with Hiroshi, but that even if he were to hate him, he would still love him. He tells her that he loves her even if it means that she hates him, and that he would never hate her again. He says that he is not sure whether she would love someone like him if she were to dress up as a girl. He wants to be her lover, even if that means she would have to wear a girl's dress.
