After giving up on his love for Sora, Eliot's narrator has a sudden and uncontrollable desire to have sex with her. He wants to go into Sora's apartment and have sex, but he's worried that she'll refuse to let him in because she's wearing old, stretched-out clothes. He's also worried that if she refuses, he'll have to go back to his old ways.
