The scene opens with an argument between anessa and reina. Anessa tells her that she is not fit to be a queen and that she should go to her room and rest. Reina says that she will be the one who is worthy of the prince's love. She says that the prince would not want her to argue with him. She adds that if she had the confidence to do so, she would not argue with the prince at all. She also says that if the prince had not wanted her, he would not have asked her to be his partner. She tells the queen that she has been educated to be the queen from an early age and that it is not proper for her to become such a young woman. She urges her to kiss the prince and show him how much she loves him
