It's finally here: a wild boar, or ola. Everyone is ready to fight. The ola drops a lot of food, and everyone has to hunt it down for food. The dog is wounded, so it's better to treat it than to fight it. Brother Lin tries to get the dog to eat, but the ola won't let him. He tells Brother Lin to give him his handkerchief, but Brother Lin tells him to go back to his room. The two of them argue about where they're going, and Brother Lin blames Brother Lin for the dog's injury. He says that he's the one who injured the dog, so he should get his dirty hands off of it now. He also says that Brother Lin is teaching Brother Lin a lesson, and that's why he wants to take the dog. He's not going to hurt Brother Lin, he says, and he doesn't want to hurt his brother. He wants to know what's going on, and when he hears the sound of a cat's meow, he realizes that it is a dependent beast. He asks if it is an apocalypse wolf warrior, and the cat says it is not. The cat says he'll try to get geni back before the battle.
