Back at the snow house, we learn that the dog is a "dependent beast" , which means that it's trained to help in the fight. We learn that drop wanted to help klein become leader of the knights of stigma, but he didn't like the way that klein did it, so a fight happened. We also learn that he's not the "god of war" that others think of him to be. He's just a "virtual identity of mine" . He says that he won't be able to stay in zero forever, and that he has always wanted to find someone to be with him. He promises to entrust the future of Isk to him, and says that if they die in the snow, they'll return to zero-stage.
