He explains that in the past, the elves and the rolands were enemies, but that they ended the conflict with a "tacit agreement" . The current situation is different, however, because the descendants of each of the tulip families have agreed to meet in the north to see if they can maintain a peaceful relationship with luoxue. If he does not approve, the current situation will continue.
