In this chapter, we are introduced to a new character, Mr. Gyan, who is a member of the "old fox tribe" of elves. He has come to sell his wares, which include soaps, perfumes, shampoos, and mirrors. He is very fond of the tulips, which are very popular among the elves, but he wishes to join in the "fun and sell his own goods" . When he finds out that his rival is also there, he tries to sell him some of his wares as well, but the competition is too fierce for him to compete.
