He can't find his way into the dormitory without it, so he'll just leave it to his brother, fatso, who's in charge of the research office. The guy says that fatso is the best ground-force army commander in the world, and the guy named russell is the leader of the kingdom of gajarin. He also says that the guy from the republic, general burt, is one of the best strategists of all time. He says that if this place wasn't a "neutral place" , he'd be robbed a dozen times by fatso. But now, he says, he has a chance to play in this "battleground without smoke" .
