About This Chapter
Now that they've reached the forest, it's time to get back to the real world. We're back with Volger, who tells us that he's just come from hell, and that he and his band of soldiers are now in heaven. They've just destroyed the tunnel, and now they have to find a way to get through it. Volger says that the detection system of his armored mecha can't identify the metal detector, so they're going to have to rely on ships to find them. He's also worried that the eagle is going to come back to camp, and they'll be able to get to their destination. He tells us about the rumors that the mythical forces killed twenty special forces battalions in battle. He says that they used to be the only ones who could do that in history of mankind, and this time, they are really in trouble. They didn't know where they were before, because the enemy knows how many of them there are. This is too arrogant of them, he says, because they should have known the number of enemy soldiers before launching a ground assault on them.
