Counterfeit Hero: Season I

The narrator tells us that the girl who fell in love with Nemo has to stand up in front of her new research lab. She's not happy about it. She thinks it's a waste of time for Nemo to come back, since he's already been gone for a while. She tells him to come with her to the teacher's office, where she'll find out what's been going on with Nemo and the rest of the gang. She wants to know what they've been up to since Nemo's gone. She also wants to ask about the mechas that Nemo invented, since they're so important to her research. She asks him to tell her about the battle, since it was calculated by the leader of the team that won the battle. He's happy to hear that, but he can't figure out how to use the shape of his body to calculate a battle's outcome. He wants to be a hero, since the battle was won in exchange for a medal. He doesn't want to sacrifice his relationship with Nemo just to please her.
