He tells them to hurry up because he'll make them the "almighty galamandis' special chef" . He also tells them that they can "impart all the magic" in the "9th ranked" , which means they can do anything they want with their magic. They can even cast "dreadful" spells, he says, and even if the spell is a "distinct type of magic," they can still "simulate" it. He then tells his mom that she'll have to eat the same food as he did, because it's just a "dragon's taste." He also says that if he were a human, he'd still eat the food the same way.
