It's been a long time since we've seen this chapter, but it's finally here. Bing is super excited to see that the musk deer is ready to eat. He's also super excited about the fact that the iron back saber-tooth lizard is about 100 years old, so he's pretty sure that's the one that wants to eat the deer. Bing's dad told him that iron-back-saber-tooth-lizards are super-violent, so if he runs into one, he'll have to run away pronto. Bing doesn't want to give the lizard a cow, but he does want to use his magic to distract it so that he can give it a piece of good news. He tells us that the Iron-Back-Saber-Tooth-Lizards aren't real dragons, but they're also called "iron-backed earth dragons" because they have some kind of dragon lineage. The highest rank of Magic Bing can use is 6, which is a lot higher than the magic rank of a real dragon. He also says that the lizard is immune to magics that rank lower than 6, so he can't use any of his magics on it.
