The scene opens in the office of the branch manager of the bank where the two men work. The two men embrace and thank each other for their hard work in getting the job done. The men talk about how busy they are and how they have to do their best to keep up with the demands of their jobs. The director says that he is sorry that he has been a disturbance. He thanks his wife for taking good care of him every day. He tells her that he thinks he has seen her face some of what she is saying. He says that they are both from the branch and that they both have been promoted. He adds that he knows that they will soon be pregnant and will need to get a leave. He asks if they know each other, and they both answer that they do. He then asks if he can whisper where he can find out what is going on, and he says he can't because he knows they are from the same branch. He explains that the problem is that women don't get the leave they need because they are too busy to take care of their families. He also says that it is the problem of women in general because it takes a woman and a man to raise a family. He mentions that the director at the branch where he works is the husband of the woman he works for, and the director of the other branch is his wife's husband. He laughs at the idea that women should have the right to get leave, but he says that this is not the case and that everyone else should have to cover for them. He agrees that women need to have the leave, and that is why it is so hard for them to get it. He plans to promote men to take the leave as well.
