She tells him that she put on the front to hide the "twisted person alities" and the "traits" that she sees in men. She goes on to say that she is glad she met him. He asks her why she wants to promote, and she says that it is so that she can force a woman into the upper management of the bank. She also says that if the company were made for women, it would be easier for them to work there.
