We learn that Tommoyi is named after a tree and a leaf is a "whole lifecycle" of a leaf. He's also going to have a new name for him: "tuoy." The teacher tells the students that the power went out, and they should go home and take a nap. The teacher promises to answer all their questions, but promises to never lie to her again. She says that she's never willingly left the students alone, and she says that being able to sit with them like this makes her feel "the urge to cry." It's like being in a dream, the teacher says. The class will receive a prize for having the highest marks at the end of the school year, and the teacher promises that the students will be able to stay and "clean the classroom" during the next month's Halloween party. The school will also be holding a horror movie night on the night of the party, so everyone should come and join the teacher at the party.
