Back on the battlefield, Bardolph tries to convince Ani to team up with him again. He tells Ani that he'll give her a new fighting style, which will make it easier for her to maneuver. Ani says that she's not scared of him anymore, but that she doesn't know if she'll be able to do it without him. Ani asks Bardolph to pretend that he never asked her to do so, so she can pretend that she never asked him to do anything. Ani tells Bardolph not to worry, though, because they're family, and that's all she can ask for.
