The Parasyte officer tells the assembled assembly that the monster looks like a human, but that he's got something different going for him. The officer tells them to surround the monster and fire at him, because he looks human to them. They're not going to let him get away, he tells them, and they need to use their weapons to protect the biosphere. They need to reduce the population of the human race, he says, so that the balance of nature can be restored. He tells them that they'll be able to do this in a few years, when they realize how critical their existence is, and that the natural enemy controls the pyramid of nature just above humanity. The assembly officer tells him that he can't understand why they're even there, since they've all been feeding off the other creatures, and he says that's why they are here. He says that he took care of them, too, and now he can finally leave.
