In this chapter, we learn that the "cowardly human portion" is responsible for attacking the "powerless" i.e., i., the brain. He is afraid that he is a murderer, but he does not want to leave his body in the hands of a cowardly human being. He calls for help, and the two of them rush out of the room. One teacher has been killed, and one student has been injured in an attack on a school, but no one has been seriously hurt. One month later, school finally settles down, and we learn the identity of the killer still remains a mystery. We also learn that tamiya is carrying a baby, and that the baby is completely human. The two men decide that they must kill tamiya, because she is growing more and more ruthless, and because the baby she is carrying is human. They decide to kill the baby, because it is a gift from God.
