In this chapter, the monster tells the reader that he has killed the lamb with his collapser. He tells us that this is the end of the fight between the two of them, and that he intends to bring back the dead man to life. He also says that he plans to use ido as an assistant to his great project. The monster tells his sister that he had a terrible dream in which he killed her, and she tells him that he is fine. She tells him to tell her what he should do if he loses her. He says that if she makes a mistake and knows that she has lost, she should not be stubborn and accept it. She also tells him not to blame anyone for his trouble, and to hold his head high.
