The guy asks if he can get a bounty on Yugo, too, but he doesn't want to kill him. He wants to find him ASAP. He also wants to know how much Yugo is worth, since it sounds like a lot of money to him. Um, okay. He figures he might be able to figure out where Yugo might be hiding if he knows where he is. Aww, that sounds a little fishy. But then again, he figures he'll probably find a way to make a bet with a guy like Dr. Strangelove, who is also a part of the bounty game. He says he'd bet that Yugo's worth about 9K and a half, and now he has to head back to the factory to find out what's going on. He can't even go back to town, he says, because the weather's getting crazy. So, he decides, he might as well head back out to the countryside to see what happens. But first, he wants to tell Yugo how he feels about him. If he kills him, he thinks, he won't have a chance to tell his brother how he felt about him when he was a kid.
