In this chapter, we're introduced to a new character, a boarhead. He's the kind of guy who wants to know how to use his body to its full potential. He wants to find out what the heck is going on with the Mechanik's machine, and he wants to figure out a way to stop it. The Mechanik has a machine that uses a jet of compressed air and an electric arc to create a magnetic field to accelerate its fist. It's called a "mhd propulsion" , and it works like this: the enemy expels air from her fingertips and places a magnet over the air to control the flow of it. Her fist is propelled by the magnet, and she's able to do this because she has such a powerful machine. The only thing that can stop this machine is for the enemy to close the gap between them, and that's exactly what the boarhead wants to do. He needs to use the grind-cutter to finish off his opponent. The enemy is coming after him, and the only way to get rid of her is to lose one of her arms. That way, he'll be able to use a cut to his arm to finish the job.
