The narrator is in a hotel in New York City. He's been eavesdropping on a meeting between a drug lord and a police officer. The police officer is the "under boss" of the New York branch of the Krkin mob, which is the largest and most powerful drug cartel in the world. The narrator can't figure out why the drug lord keeps coming to New York, but he can figure out that he's also a South American drug lord. He hears a cart coming towards the room where the meeting is taking place, and he thinks that they're going to steal the woman's body to use as a decoy. The cops come in, and the narrator is all, "Who the hell is this guy?" . He doesn't know that the cops are there to arrest him, so he just yells at them to "slam the hill" .
