A search is under way for Bato's men, and they're pleased to find that the minister, committee head, and one of the naipa agents are safe. A female hostage, the secretary, is seriously injured, and she needs a lance. They've secured the front entrance of the building and have four vehicles waiting to take the hostages inside. Major says that Bato is running on foot, so they'll have to kill him before they can figure out his motive.
