The witch explains that she is far more powerful than the others because she is imbued with "everything" . Therefore, she needs her "speciality" to help her gather "the other forces" , which is why she wants her to stay. The witch asks the audience to imagine what it would be like to be a normal person, without the burden of being a witch. She tells the audience that she just wants to live normally, without being burdened by anyone. She is frightened by the strange noises coming from her cabinet. She thinks that two women have tied her and her sister up and taken them to the human realm. She wonders if she has magical powers hiding in her body, and wonders if the two women are human beings. She wants to check on her mother's location, but her eyes hurt, and she needs to check one more time. She decides to split her family into two groups, one looking for her mother and the other looking for the Todd family.
