About This Chapter
Berich tells Gui that he did it for money. He says that he fell out with his family because he no longer has a place to live. After their divorce, Gui's mother took her younger brother and moved away from the house while she stayed with her father. He opposed his aspirations to become a celebrity, and forced him to give up his dream to inherit the family business. Since then, they have been arguing every day. Berich says he spent all of his life working for his family business, and he begs Gui to help him continue the legacy. He explains that he knows of other friends who have the same dilemma. These children refuse to inherit multi-millions family businesses, he says, and they are still fighting. He runs away from home to live in the dormitory so that his father can force him to do what he wants. In order to pay for the party, he sells the presents. The doll made by Berich is worth nothing to him, but he will cherish it as long as he does not dislike it
