BERICH, BELOVED

Berich asks Gui if he came with a present, and Gui says that he didn't. Berich says that Gui is trying to challenge him, and that everyone knows that he is the "fashionable" one among them. Gui is surprised that Berich's shoes were from last year, and Berich is horrified. He thinks that Gui will be the "death of me" if she tries to imply that he's outdated. He says that she's just trying to "challenge" him. He's also shocked that Gui seems so close to giving a qiong tonight, and he wonders if she'll give it to him, too. He asks Gui what he thinks she will do with the gift, and she says that it's "two-faced" and "b*tch" . He wonders if Gui will give the gift to him because he'll expose her "true colours" , and then he asks Gui who the waiter is. Gui tells him that he works as a waiter, and berich is shocked to find that the waiter has ruined Gui's leather shoes. Gui tries to clean them for Berich, but Berich doesn't want to cross the line. He tells Gui to come on, not to be angry, and to try to be nicer to Gui
