In this chapter, we are introduced to a new character, the ugly woman. She is the sister of a man named Huanyu, who is a senior official in the government. The two of them are in the middle of a conversation, and Huanyu tells his sister that he is a man and that she is a woman. The ugly woman, however, is not fooled, and she tells her sister that she does not like it when he flirts with other men in front of her.
