Henry says that's just because of the night before, but Sam is definitely going to do something to Henry tonight, so he just wants to go home. The narrator asks Henry how long it has been since he last saw him, and Henry says it's only been a few days. Henry tells the narrator that he didn't have to bring anything with him, but that it is Mr. Keefe's birthday, which means that he has something special for him. Henry admits that he had to work a lot to lose the weight, but he says that it was because of Sam. He says that his mom will beat him for it, and the narrator gasps and says that Sam sure was. Henry then says that since his mother and dad are there, he doesn't want to have any trouble tonight.
