When Lin tells his mom that he's sorry, she's not so sorry. She tells him that if he hadn't kicked him out of her house, he wouldn't be living in her house right now. Lin apologizes, but she doesn't seem to understand why he didn't tell her the whole truth about what happened. She says that if Lin had asked her to stop seeing him, she would have told him that he wasn't a mistress, and that he was just a friend of hers. Lin says that she'll make Lin a member of her family, and she promises to do everything in her power to make him a member.
