About This Chapter
The Minister of War asks the Minister of Foreign Affairs to return to the Palace immediately. He tells the Minister that the State has suffered a natural disaster, and that it is in need of financial assistance. The Minister says that the Ambassador of the Crown Prince of China has made the State stronger, and therefore it is inappropriate to treat the Ambassador with a simple reception. He says that if the Ambassador has malicious intent, it is conducive to thank the Minister for his help. He then asks him to ask the nobleleng family for a favor. The family has been rewarded with a gold medal for their great contribution to the war. He asks if there is anything that the family can do to make it from execution.
