Back in the village, Zillah refuses to tell the villagers what he did. He says that he will not allow Zillah to be taken away by the village chief because only four people are capable of giving birth to a child. He tells the villagers that they will have a partner ceremony right in front of them. The villagers are confused, and Zillah runs away.
