As the bus pulls into the station, the young artist claire tries to find her missing father, who has been wandering the streets of New York looking for her. As she searches for him, she notices that the statue of the Virgin Mary has been replaced by a statue of a man. She realizes that she has mistaken the statue for her father, and she apologizes to her father for the confusion. She then goes to the hospital to get her medicine, and when she arrives, she finds a young woman sitting in a waiting room. She is nervous that the woman will diagnose her as having a heart condition, and that the doctor will mistake her for someone else.
