Back at the hospital, the doctor tells Zhang that Shu Xin has been examined and that she has some bruises on her arm. The doctor asks Zhang to come back and examine her. He tells her that they have made a transcript of her testimony and hopes that she will cooperate with them. He also tells her to bring back the hair and skin samples that she took from the crime scene. He says that if she can tell them more about the suspect, they will be able to further narrow down their investigation. Zhang tells Shu Xin that she is a victim as well. She says that she doesn't know when Shu Xin will come back, but she does know that the person who attacked her might be someone she knows. She also says that this person might be a scheming woman who is afraid of being caught.
