About This Chapter
Ling-yun invites them to dinner, but Shu-Xing says that he doesn't like the director. He says that Gu-chen's dreams are his dreams, and that's why he's going to live his life in purgatory. He tells the audience that he hid the murder weapon on the set, then replaced it with the real one, and then left his fingerprints on the gun without knowing that he'd done it. He's worried that the police will find out that he did it, but he says that his agents can track down anyone who wants to hurt him. He also says that if he had been injured two years ago, he might be able to find the real murder weapon. The police have cleared him of the crime, he says, and are arresting the real murderer. He calls the police "starved" and says that they're "just in time" for him to be accused of murdering a woman. He swears to the law that he will go to hell.
