In this chapter, Shuxing and Luqi express their dissatisfaction with each other's reactions to the events of the previous chapter. Shuxing tells Luqi to leave the entertainment circle and to get out of her way. He tells her that Ma chuan has published a post on his studio account that says, "See you at 8:00pm" . Luqi wonders why he has to wait so long to see what has happened. She tells him that he is involved in the "cyber violence" and that they can no longer stay together. She asks him if he would like to continue being passive. He replies that he does not have time to remain depressed and asks her if she is willing to take the "leap of faith" and fight back. She replies that she is the exception and that she has lived a life of darkness and cannot find her sunshine.
