The scene opens with a soliloquy by xiaoman, in which he tells us that he's sure that chuan and jia are in love, but that there's something "suspicious" going on between the two of them. He's going to hit jia with his "high heels" if he sees her "making mischief" again. . The scene ends with xiyu telling us that jia is a "real beauty" and chuan is "the beast" . He tells us to "take that ! . ." .
