About This Chapter
It's been a while since we've heard from Yonhap, but now that Yonhap is back on the scene, we get a little taste of what it's like to live in the city. Yonhap tells us that he's glad the sachet isn't missing, but that the thief must have stolen it. He also tells Yonhap that the key to figuring out who's after the sachet is to figure out who the thief is. The key is to find out who knows the real value of the thing, or who thinks the thing is Yonhap's. The director agrees, but Yonhap says that's not a good idea, since she can't live in a room on a roof alone. She says that she's going to stay at the director's house, but she doesn't want to be picky about where she goes. She's just not in a good enough position to stay picky right now, so she'll go to the house of the director. She thinks that the house is like a palace, and that the director is making a big fuss about it. She wants to know why the prince treats her like a guest, and she wants to be able to say something to him. He's cranky, she says, and he treats her as an invisible person. He treats her just like a member of her family, and Yonhap thinks that this is insulting to her. She asks the director if she has a picture of her grandmother, and the director says no, because her grandmother didn't have a picture.
