About This Chapter
When the piano player enters the stage, he is greeted by his younger brother, Aizato, who introduces himself as his "big brother." He asks if Arima is playing a duet with a girl named nagi, and the younger brother replies that he is. He then asks if the girl is playing with arima, and he is told that she is, in fact, playing with another girl named Ksei, who is also a student of Arima's. The younger brother asks if he is friends with the girl, and she responds that she does not know how to talk to him. The older brother tells her that he was the one who made the decisions about the music, and that he would always be behind her. He says that if they did it now, it would not be double suicide, but that he will never play the piano again. He tells her to play with him one more time, and they agree to do so.
