This is a locked chapterChapter 11: The Shadow Whispers
About This Chapter
It's nearing the end of the school year, and the students are getting ready to leave for their final exams. The students are excited to be leaving, but they're also worried about what they'll be remembered for when they graduate. They're worried about whether or not they will be able to get into college, and they worry about whether they will have enough money to pay for their education. They also worry about what their friends will think of them when they leave. One day, the nurse scratched one of the students' hands, and she scratched it for a long time, so she started to panic. The next day, her mother got rid of the nurse, and that's how the scars from the scratch came about. The nurse scratched her hand because she was afraid that the wound would get worse, and so she scratched again, and it didn't get better. She scratched again the next day and it got worse. So she scratched the hand again and it kept getting worse until she decided to get rid of it. The lesson, the students say, is to get a "deep under standing" with the teachers. They don't like to wear funny hair styles, they like to "play from the heart" , and sometimes they say smart things, but sometimes they just want to "whack" and "swallow" .
