When the lights go out, Aoi's brother, Kento, discovers that Aoi and Shusei have been secretly living together. Kento is shocked and dismayed, but Shusei declares that he has no intentions of leaving Aoi. The landlady arrives, and Aoi asks her to look after her son while she goes shopping. She tells her that the amusement park is having a sale, and she wants to go there. Aoi is happy that they are spending their time together, but she wonders if they look like a married couple. She asks if they are married, and the landlady responds that she is, and they are what she would call "room mates." Aoi feels bad for Kento's sorrow, but he will be okay.
