In this chapter, we learn that the red team has just won the school's last athletic festival. Everyone is crying because of the victory, and Yudai tells everyone that he's the only one who gave it his all. He tells everyone to get ready because the cheer-leading squad is coming to the party, and he gives them some alcohol to drink. Yudai says that the girls are "sexual harrassing" him, and that he gave him some so he could pass it on to the girls. He says that he hopes that Yudai will find someone good for her, because he hates being "my dearest friend." He tells her that she should go out with Ono and get over her, and she should be able to do that in middle school. She says that she's sorry that she made Ono feel so insecure, but that she didn't try to push it on her. She admits that she still has feelings for Ono, but she tells her to focus on how she feels when they're together.
