In this short scene, the narrator tells us that he's on a school trip to northern Hokkaido with his teacher. He's so excited that he wants to hang out with her, but he can't stand the thought of going on such a trip alone. He wants to be alone with her. The teacher, however, isn't having any of it. She's having a lot of fun with her students, and they're all having a good time. The narrator asks the teacher if she'd like to sit next to him, and the teacher says that she'll do just that. The two of them sit down to eat some food, and then the teacher tells the narrator that they should tumble to cool off the hot coals that are about to burn inside of them. The girl is so excited to be sitting next to the boy that she starts yelling at him to stop. The boy says that he doesn't know what to do, but the girl tells him that they'll have to go to a nearby hotel to get some hot water. He asks the girl to warm him up, but she won't let him do it, because she's in a meeting with a woman nearby. He tells the girl that it's too hot to sit with her and that she shouldn't be hanging out with him, because they've got to go on the school trip. She tells him to chill out, and he agrees to do so. They go to the hotel, where the girl is waiting for them to meet the woman they'd just met, and she tells the boy to chill, because the woman is getting ready to get married. He says that's not cool, and that he should chill out with the girl instead, because it'll make her feel better. He then asks her if she wants him to be her groom if she gets married.
