About This Chapter
Just a little further on in the story, we find out that Milady has told her son that he doesn't need Milady anymore, and that she's going to protect everyone in the school. Milady is worried that the school is going to be overrun by the monsters, so she tells everyone to shut up and stay inside. She's also worried about Milady's health, and she tells Milady that he's lucky that he survived the attack. She also tells him that he has some wine to drink, and Milady thanks her for the wine, but Milady tells her that the attack is coming soon. She wonders why he has such an unusual body, and wonders why she is even in the city at all. She asks Milady why he even came to the city, and he says that he feels like he can't do anything about it, because the heart is so in pain. He says that killing Milady would be like killing his friend, because that's the only way for him to kill Milady. He also says that if Milady had killed him, he would have killed Milady, too, because they're both in love with each other.
