About This Chapter
In this chapter, we learn that the girl's father has made a promise to her: if she leaves him, she'll be cut off her head by the Grim Reaper. The Grim Reaper promises that if you leave him, he'll cut off the head of the girl. This is the first time we've heard of this promise, so we're not sure where it's coming from. It's not clear to us why the two guys can't figure out that this promise has been made. They're just pretending that they're heroes, which is a little weird, since they've been pretending to be heroes for a long time now. The two guys are totally useless, and the girl won't be able to use their powers to save anyone. She's just a little girl, and she's going to die anyway. Okay, so maybe the girl isn't as powerful as she says she is, but she sure is a lot more powerful than the other two guys. She can use her powers to kill people, and that's what she does. She doesn't want to let the girl die, so she says, "I'll kill all those people with my powers" . She also says that she has powers of her own, too, like her own existence. The girl is gone, but not before she asks, "Is they okay?" . Nah, they sure beat her to a pulp.
