About This Chapter
It's the morning after the dream, and we find out that it's been a long time since we've seen Nemo. He's up and about, but he's still not feeling well. He tells us that he doesn't want to admit it, but his lips are "all wobbly" . He asks if she's hungry, and she says she'll make some for him if he needs it. She tells him that they didn't do anything about it the night before, so he should be okay with it. He wants to stay and sleep with her, she says, and he wants to know what she thinks. She says that she'd better go out and get some fresh air, because Nemo's acting a little crazy. She asks if Nemo is going to eat at the restaurant, and Nemo says he'll wait until the time is perfect. He says that it was all sunny and roses for one night, and that he'd been watering and feeding Nemo when he needed it. When he hears that she went to the zoo the other day, he feels jealous. He wonders if he should have been jealous of Nemo, but says he still wants to see her out in nature. He suggests that they go for a swim, and then they'll get into nature together. He thinks that's a big step for them to take.
