Akari wakes up in the middle of the night feeling a heavy, cold sensation all the way down to his neck. He asks where she is and is told that she is running away on her own. He tells her that he asked her to sleep with him and that he has been having trouble sleeping. He then asks her why she didn't just come to him and she tells him that she had asked him to go back to bed with her. Akari asks if she has gotten the mark on her neck, and she says that it has gotten redder. She then tells him to get up and go to bed. She says that they would better go back because she is sure that she knows what is going on. He says that he wants to tell her that they kissed and that they got naked, but that he doesn't want her to find out because he feels that they have crossed the line. He also says that if she had gotten angry, he would have thought that they were going to change between them. He feels disgusted that he did not tell her about the kiss, and he wonders if she would have gotten angry if he had told her about it. He wonders if they are not going out.
