It's been a while since the chapter ended, but now that we're back in the present, we can't help but think about what's happened in the past few chapters. We're also reminded that this is the first time we've ever seen the two of them together, so it's kind of weird that they've been together for so long. We also learn that the last time we saw them, they were in the middle of a fight, and that the fight was so intense that they had to cut each other's throats. This time, they're not fighting, but rather arguing about who's the better fighter. They're arguing about whether or not the other guy is a better fighter than the other one. The fight is over, and the two are back at it again. The other guy has won, and now he's back to his old self. He's got a bunch of money in his pocket, so he'll just give it to the guy who won the fight. The guy who lost the fight is dead, but the guy in the fight isn't. So now that the two have won, they can talk about the fight again.
