The seal at the Tsurusaki house has become loose, and the only person able to maintain it is the clan leader and his son. The clan leader is not strong enough to maintain the seal, because of his age. The only person who can perform the seal-strengthening is the son of the leader, and he is the only one who can use the blood of the saisevi. The elder Tsuruaki clan leader, however, is too old to do the job, and his blood has been weakened. This means that the elder Tshuruaki is unable to perform the task, and that is why the other three clan elders are able to do it. As long as the blood is absorbed in the seal and the power of the three elders is maintained, the seal will not weaken. This is the first time he has heard of the "bloodsofsaisetsu." He is amazed at how big the seal formation is, and wonders why he has never been to this place before. He has to ask his grandfather about all of the things he does not know later. He meditates, focusing, and exhales from heaven and earth. He says that evil shall flee from heaven, and heaven shall return to its origin. He asks his grandfather what is sealed in this seal formation. He cannot even tell him what it is, so they wait for seven days to strengthen each of the seven talismans.
