In this chapter, we are introduced to a new character, the "Hungry zombie" , who has been living on the campus for some time now. He is now a member of the school's student body, and he is very hungry. He begs for food, but the other students refuse to give him any food. He asks to be fed only one snack at a time, but they refuse to feed him more than that. The other students, however, have brought a large number of buns with them, and they are very happy to have them. The hungry zombie tries to eat all of the buns, but only one is left. The author of the chapter, who is also a student at the school, tells us that he is now communicating with the spirit world through a special sound channel. He says that the life countdown timer is only a few minutes away, and that the hungry zombie is on the brink of starvation. He wants to find food for him so that he will not starve, but he does not know how to do so. He eats all the snacks that he can find on campus, and now he has turned his attention to the food that feeds the stray cats. The narrator says that this is exactly the same as the little tiger who became hungry back in Chapter 1.
