It's been a while since we've seen the two of them, but now that they're back at it, it's time to get back to the game. This time, we're introduced to a new character, which we'll call "the char acter" . We're not sure what this means, but it sounds like this new character is going to be a lot of fun to play with. The char-acter asks if he's interested, and the char-actor answers that he is, and that he'd like to play the game with the rest of the family. He also says that his birthday is coming up, so he'll be able to help out with the game, too. Ooh, sounds like a good idea. We learn that the next time we see them, the birthday's coming up next month, which means that rika's going to have to come up with something to do for her birthday. She's super excited, but she's also super bummed that she'll have to wait until next month to do something for her. She asks her dad if she can borrow some of his time after work, and he says that's fine, but that he doesn't have anything specific he wants to do. He asks her to make him something to eat for his birthday, and she promises to do her best to prepare the food for him.
